A Little About Me

I’m a Florida girl at heart, now soaking up life in the Pacific Northwest. I started lifting weights at twelve for sports, but quickly fell in love with the process of getting stronger — a spark that led me to study exercise science and build a life centered around movement and helping others feel strong too.

Over the years, I’ve done just about everything — half marathons, triathlons, CrossFit, yoga, Pilates, spin — you name it. Movement has always been my outlet. These days, I’m all about intentional training: strength and hypertrophy-focused lifting that supports recovery, longevity, and feeling my absolute best. I’ve learned that less is often more when it comes to quality, and I pair that with plenty of walking and hiking (especially along the misty PNW trails I love so much).

Between raising two kids and coaching women to feel strong and confident in their bodies, life is full — but in the best way.

My coaching program was born from that same love of strength, balance, and sustainability. I help women build systems that support their goals, protect their metabolism, and create a lifestyle that feels aligned — because thriving isn’t about doing more, it’s about doing what matters most

I needed a reset for my health.
I knew I needed to change something, but I didn't know what.
Working with you has taught me what I need to change and given me the tools and encouragement to do it. Now I know what, how much, and when I should be eating & exercising. Knowing these things has also reset my mindset and I feel much better as a result of these changes!
